The connector family provides suitable connections for a wide range of applications

     Molex's Mini-Fit connectors are highly flexible and work well even in complex designs. These connectors are now available from Julian and are downward compatible with each other in their respective categories. The series of connectors offers a variety of options, including fake plugs or contact positioning fuses, and can be used in virtually all industry areas, including automotive consumer devices, medical and industrial automation, as well as telecommunications, computing and consumer devices.

     They offer reel, bag, or pallet packaging board to board, line to board, line to line configuration. Connectors are suitable for operating temperatures from -40℃ to +125℃. All connectors in this series support high current. For example, the Mini-Fit Stigma and Mini-Fit Plus can handle up to 11.5A and the Mini-Fit Versa Color up to 13A.

     All series components are rated for operating power up to 600VAC/DC, dielectric resistance to 2200V (AC), and insulation resistance to 1000MOhm, RoHS compliant. The Mini-Fit BMI is a blind fit interface that allows a deviation of 2.54mm from the X and Y axes in all configurations. The Mini-Fit Max is end-to-end stackable with four separate contact points and a tangless terminal. The Mini-Fit Sigma offers strong, secure housing, sealed cap support, keying and polarization.

     Mini-Fit Plus HCS offers proprietary high current alloy crimp terminals, receptacles and plugs for Mini-Fit and Mini-Fit Plus crimp contacts with patented dents on the contacts. The Mini-Fit TPA2 has a TPA with secondary locking capability. Mini-Fit Versa Colors offers panel mount and vertical head options in five color variants.
