Ultra-small programmable precision DC-DC high voltage power supply

     Advanced Energy introduces a new line of ultra-small isolated single - and dual-output DC-DC high-voltage power supplies. The AEQ family is optimized for power conversion in a wide range of medical, life sciences, industrial and semiconductor device applications. This DC-DC high-voltage power supply provides precision, stable output voltages in a small size and enhanced isolation to support critical high-voltage needs for medical, life sciences, industrial and semiconductor applications.

     The AEQ series includes 100V to 600V unipolar versions and ±50V to ±300V bipolar versions. The power supply is packaged in a 0.5 "x0.5" x0.5 "(cubic) solid state vacuum package for shock and vibration protection. All equipment is UL/cUL and IEC-62368-1 safety certified. The AEQ family of devices is capable of converting an input voltage of +5VDC to a voltage of up to 600VDC at an output power of 0.5W, offering several advantages over other small shape factor DC-DC power supplies.

     This includes an output proportional to the control pin voltage, providing full programmability from zero to maximum rating. The output stability under maximum voltage output and full load condition is less than 5%. Its input-output isolation rating is up to ±1500VDC, enabling sophisticated output voltage control to meet the safety requirements of handheld devices, and can also be used in medical and life science applications.
